Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how ZSkills online courses, live tutoring bookings, payments, and student access work. Please read them before completing checkout.
Student responsibility
Students and guardians are responsible for using the course materials in a respectful way and for keeping contact information accurate.
Live tutoring schedules and Flex
Without Flex, the selected weekly class time is fixed. If the learner does not attend, the class is counted and cannot be rescheduled or replaced. If ZSkills changes or cancels a class, it is not counted and a free replacement class is provided. Flex costs 10% of the package price before VAT and includes flexible rescheduling, one makeup credit per four booked classes, and a consultation with educational advisor Otaba Al-Khalili.
Group sessions
Group-session packages are priced per child and vary by location and weekly session. Prices shown during booking exclude 5% VAT. When three or four children from the same family book together, a 15% discount applies to every child. Group bookings and payments are completed only through the website. A missed group meeting is counted and is not rescheduled or replaced.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ZSkills does not store full card details on the website.
